Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee. Your custom design, writing, and launch are included in the $149/month Azurv Website Plan.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract and no minimum commitment. The plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, right from your client portal, no phone call needed. Your website stays live through the end of the month you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund partial months.
Do I get to see my website first?
Yes. We create a personalized preview of your website before you subscribe. No payment and no credit card needed to request it.
What does $149/month include?
Custom design and writing, mobile-friendly pages, secure hosting, SSL, security monitoring, backups, maintenance, performance tuning, routine content updates, a search-engine-friendly setup with page titles and a sitemap, domain registration and renewal, technical support, and your client portal.
Who owns my domain?
We buy and register your web address in Azurv’s account and handle its setup and renewals at no extra cost while you subscribe. If you ever cancel and want to keep it, we’ll transfer it to you as a courtesy. Already own a domain? You keep it, and we connect it for you.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
It stays live until the end of your paid month, then hosting stops and the site goes offline. Your content is yours: ask within 30 days and we’ll send copies of your text and photos. The website design and code are Azurv’s work, licensed to you while you subscribe, so they aren’t handed over. See our Terms.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Routine updates are included: changing text, swapping photos, updating hours, services, or contact details. Bigger projects like a full redesign, online store, or new custom features are reviewed separately, and we’ll always tell you any cost before starting.
Will my website rank on Google?
We build every site on a search-engine-friendly foundation: fast, mobile-friendly, with proper titles, descriptions, and a sitemap. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, and we don’t, but we give you a strong start.
